Dilled Cucumber Salad Recipe

Serves: 4
1 Halve cucumbers lenghwise. With a spoon, scoop out seeds and throw away. Slice cucumber into 1/4 inch thick pieces.
2 Place cucumber pieces in a colander set over a bowl, and toss with 2 tsp salt; let stand 15 minutes.
3 In a medium bowl, combine yogurt, dill, vinegar, and 1/4 tsp pepper.
4 Remove cucumbers from colander, pat dry with paper towels, then add to the bowl with dressing; toss to combine.
